Apparently it all started when a passerby called out an obscenity to her. Ms Allen wasn't having it and dared the random face to say it to her face and then....
Then she finished it off with an exciting cell phone call that probably started with, "Girl, you will never believe what I just did!"
No Sweetie, not a good thing definitely. It was reported that Lily had been out with friends enjoying dinner and there must have been plenty of drinks to explain this behavior. I guarantee that that 'random passerby' is going to become a permanent fixture in Lily's mind when she sues her for assault and damages! I hope that her drinks were worth what she is going to pay out!Source
